AmazingDrivers is a Talent acquisition platform that connects millions of drivers every day to new opportunities with a seamless transparent hiring process. It also enables DSP and ISPs to drive their hiring goals by offering a recruitment management and applicant tracking system with tailored onboarding for a custom team set-up that ensures their hiring ambitions. Recruiters own the entire talent acquisition process from end-to-end. This include advertising the job opening, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates and working with hiring managers to find the right fit.

It is an amazing initiative of John Riely ,Founder of AmazingDrivers, who has been working closely with both Amazon and FedEx and understands the complexity and challenges faced by DSPs/ISPs first hand. This industry is notorious for its high attrition rates and the lack of sync between supply and demand of the drivers – Amazing Drivers is on a mission to change that.
